International Customs Fees:
Please note that our prices and shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by local customs authorities. Keep this in mind when shipping items outside the Vietnam.

All our products are handmade to order with meticulous attention to detail. Lead times vary from 2 to 8 weeks before ready for shipping, depending on our workload and products. Please check our front page for current lead times.

Domestic:

Standard Delivery: 5 -7 business days. Express Delivery available for an extra fee. Tracking ID provided upon dispatch.

International:

Standard Delivery: 12 - 30 business days, depending on customs clearance, depending on the destination country. Tracking ID provided upon dispatch.
Express Delivery: 1- 6 business days, subject to customs clearance, depending on the destination country. Tracking ID provided upon dispatch.

Note: Tracking numbers may take 1-5 business days to become active after dispatch, depending on the destination country.
